Guild Wars 2

..Im thinking im going to create a mesmer and try it out, i just want a class that will always be fun, is good pvp and wvw with a decent damage output and good survivability

Help me! ive tried every class but Mesmer Ranger and Guardian..! none of the other ones seem fun to me. Previously on WoW i had a rogue, and a warlock, so i dont want a thief or necromancer

4GB DDR3
1TB Seagate
8800GT 512MBS
Windows 7 64 bit

Now my question to you is should I upgrade:
8800GT 512 MBS to Radeon 6770 1GB
OR
Pentium G630 2.7GHZ, 2Cores to AMD FX 4100 Unlocked Quad Core Processor, 3.6GHz and Gigabyte 970a-d3 AM3+ Motherboard

Which will get me better FPS right now im thinking more towards CPU, im on all lowest settings and getting from 15-30fps

Geforce GTX 470
1TB Seagate HD
650Watt PSU

Will I get a steady 30fps + on lowest? or do I need a better CPU
