I puchased the new expansion from TP at 31th, Oct with my CMB credit card. But, I received the expansion refunds today. Acctually I enjoy this game and DID NOT make any refunds request.
I’m sure all my purchasing info is right, and I don’t wanna make any trouble to you. So can you help me to check out the reason? If the purchasing was failed, you can lock expansion content of my account, and I would try another way to buy your game. I’m sorry about the trouble I made to you.

I have brought the Witch outfit from the Gem Store before the Update at 15th, April, and all the pieces are equipped on my character Aurora Vesper. But, after the Update, I cant find this outfit skin in my Wardrobe, can u help me?
