What on earth swiftness is useful for? considering as you are engaged in battle its disabled?

It’s not disabled, just much less effective in combat…

If you notice, when you’re just walking around the world, or whatever, something about being in combat reduces your movement speed. So, in combat, all walking speed is reduced. If swiftness modifies the “in combat” movement speed, then you’ll get less effect from swiftness while in combat then when out of combat.

I’m using loads of MF gear on my elementalist and i can kill 3-5 mobs at a time in orr (of course, it takes every spell I’ve got, lol). however, I’m not sure MF really is being effective. I have 108% only on my gear (so no food or guild buffs), and it still takes a while for me to get anything meaningful off of mobs. as for my build, i’m a standard 0/10/0/30/30 D/D.

if i have two superior sigils of battle, will i gain 6 stacks of might when i attune? i haven’t had the time nor the money to mess with sigils in my weapons yet, and they’re quite expensive, so i wouldn’t want to buy 2 unless they give me 6.
