Guild Wars 2

I can’t make Asura necromancer..when I enter name and click next it just return me on character screen but there is no any character;/ I tried to make random character(To the end) and it was successful but I want necromancer+face of my choice:)

Any way to trick this bug or I have to wait?

I was on vacation for 20 days and now I came back and tried to login to gw2 but it says my password is incorrect(tried both client and site) so I guess I was hacked.

Point is that on password reset page I need to write mail+cd key+CHARACTER NAME and I didn’t make any character so I’m constantly getting Error,how to solve this?I opened support ticket at 09/09/2012 07:35 AM but still didn’t get any answer(and I heard hacked accounts and password reset got priority O.o )

If anyone else had this problem please tell me how to reset pass without character name.

P.S. My gw1 and gw2 accounts aren’t linked.

And when I go to forgot password I get only message Not Available…

How am I supposed to return password?
