6 of the 8 new stat sets come with power primary. While Vipers seems to be the new go to for condi damage builds, in reality it is a Hybrid stat set rather than a dedicated condi stat set. Can we please have Vigilant gear give Condi Damage instead of Power?
This change would open up the opportunity for a more support type spec which can run condi for a little bit of damage. If Anet has determined this would be too strong for some reason I would happily have Concetration become the major while condi becomes the new minor.

TL;DR change Vigilant to: CondiDmg, Toughness, Concentration, Expertise OR Concentration,Toughness, CondiDmg Expertise

Im not sure if this is intentional or not but it certainly feels unintuitive, When using Action Camera mode, phantasms can only be cast on an enemy if the enemy is both Tab targeted AND also in the aiming reticule. This is a huge nerf from combat with action camera disabled and definitely feels like a bug. Having tab targeting OR reticule aiming when no enemy is tab targeted seems like the way phantasms were intended to work

Holy crap dude this is amazing, i love it very interesting read, and 120% informative

So I am super excited by the look of Chronomancer and as such have decided to make and level a mesmer. Problem is, I really struggle while roaming in open world and fighting groups of trash mobs. the reason for this is that all phantasms are castable on only one enemy and then die instantly after I kill it. As a result of this I struggle to take down trash mobs because 50% of dps comes form phantasms and they are almost constantly being lost. Im using a standard s/s/f build.
Can any pro mesmers give me some advice or a quick build on a better way to do map comp and leveling with a mesmer?
