Alright, Update on Guru’s case, We went back through his credit card purchases and found that for whatever reason, his GW2 Purchase was still pending. It did charge his Card however.

Posting on behalf of my friend Gurumurph.2584, It’s been four days now, and our little group, especially Guru, is getting really fed up. He last heard from Customer Support on New Years Eve. He did what they asked, They elevated his ticket…. And then he hasn’t heard anything since. He’s been banned since the 30th. No reason was given as to his suspension, other than “Account issues” He can’t even get on the forum to put this in for himself. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you and Good Evening.

So here’s the situation, 3 friends of mine and many other players were doing a Random event, Towards the end, one of my friends, (Character name of Xx guru Xx, Account name of Gurumurph.2584) Suddenly got a pop up reading (Paraphrasing, as I didn’t get to see it) “Your account has been suspended for account issues…” (He was unable to finish reading it as his game closed out) He is somewhat annoyed now and has submitted a ticket, however, the 4 of us cannot think of anything he did wrong, Is there anyway we can find the reason he was suspended? so we can think back and see if it was deserved, even if an accident?

We were in the midst of an event, and all of a sudden something popped up on his screen, all he was able to read was, (Paraprhasing) “Your account has been suspended for account issues…” Before it went away. the 4 of us who were playing with him are pretty sure he did nothing wrong. Our guesses were that A. It was a mistake, B. it was a delay from sending me 1 silver yesterday, to help buy armor. Any help would be appreciated, as he feels he was “Ripped off for 60 bucks.”
