I have the same problem.
I used the “recover account” option, made a new password and was able to log-in here, BUT – I still cannot log into the game itself.
Error code 11:1001:2:1270

It’s in Bloodtide Coast in case you’re wondering in the cave on storm bluff isle. It’s the only POI that doesn’t show on the big map.
