Vanguard has scheduled sPvP nights (currently Tuesdays and Fridays at 8pm pacific) and we screen and interview every applicant. We do not believe in mass and random recruiting.

“I do tend to be on all hours on the weekend.” – This works out well especially on Sundays
“I really don’t like voicechat of any sort so I’m looking for a guild that mostly uses guild chat/party chat.” – We have mumble and use guild chat extensively to communicate too.

Vanguard is a medium sized guild (40+ members) that actively groups together for wvw, dungeons, and map completions. We are all friends and have been for many years, as some of us have been a part of the guild since 1997. And we do schedule events on our calendar.
