I’ve been surprised by how Gandara clocks up the points. Haven’t really seen many organised Guilds, though I’m sure there are some and yet the zergs are a lot smarter than in lower Tiers.
This is perhaps because we have moved from GH along with other WvWers this week and not had to carry the battle for a change.
Numbers are low in Guild at the moment and I’ve spent two days trapped happily with family, so seeing Gandara in the lead was a real huh moment.
I believe more small WvW Guilds may be moving to Gandara (if only to let Tortun sleep)and next week will be interesting, as we should have got to grips with who is who and what comms are being used to co-ordinate the server.
Hope Piken is still with us next week, as TUP is an old home and many of us have old pals in HoB, Tainted etc. Part of the reason we came to Gandara was the welcome when we scouted and the message from Piken that prime time Guilds may not be welcomed. This means TDA/BDB/VS and probably KF have come to Gandara instead and if this is Gandara unco-ordinated, then we look forward to learning and growing together.
Ps: Wam you are so nice on the forum, I’ve got to believe you have been replaced or undergone shock therapy. I know your Warhammer troll history:)

Almost hought this was a troll post considering the shutdowns we’ve had on our threads. It has been a wasted week, with the disparity of numbers making it almost impossible to do anything offensive. I’m so glad you have progressed as though I think individually AG peeps have been training well, you seem poor in individual battle skills.
In larger groups everyone looks sexy. But if we can farm a tower with almost no walls and door for two hours and it takes large Guild groups combined to clear us, you will have a tough week.
Because of my connections with Unity ( hi Skly ( Nun ) and Blade and Quill I want you to do well, but because of Dis’s misplaced post about GH guilds addressing possibly leaving GH, which was none of his business. I hope you really get reamed next round.
Please do not gloat when you have power over others (operation triumph) as it makes AG look terrible. We may have moved here. but not now.

While I wish you the best of luck. You have profited massively fom the battles between AG and GH, the animosity which has lead to at least two threads being closed.

Thank you. It was important to keep a presence on AG. We did leave the door low in Briar deliberately and two walls in Lake down to attract some attention and we got plenty of it. The battle around the trebuchets was also exciting.
We finally succumbed around 00.00am GMT to a very large and determined force.
Thanks to BDB and a guild who I embarassingly can’t pronounce ( I think it’s Arterklassen? ) we ensured a third battle on a BL, something that’s quite hard for us in terms of numbers.
I’m glad we can get on with the battles and hopefully in our case the collection of badges and loot if not points.

How long ago was this and it is certainly not true now. You invited Guilds to join you from GH, that is a fact and their differing reasons for leaving are well documented if not totally believed.
Either way it is irrelevent now and I know Unity from playing within your ranks in War and you are a competent group of players with very good tactical leadership ( Skly ).
Perhaps those battle skills show up more when in a game where rendering, culling and numbers do not give such an advantage.
You know you won’t get any respect from us for the way you boasted in the last matchup and for actively encouraging Guilds to leave GH ( protestations inc here perhaps, but this did play a part in their thinking, as perhaps if they had thought it through more, they would have chosen a server that does have full coverage ).
As it is you will zerg your way to a points win, but we know and you ( possibly Skly too ) know that no matter the portal training and posturing, you seem to be not quite good enough for anywhere but here. Perhaps this may change if you tap up some RoF Guilds this matchup.
We know our fate is at hand every week and still pile into endless red. You however in comparison reach back for old stats to justify what exactly? That you too know how we feel? Unity? strange times indeed.
Good news is that I still love Blade and Quill.
