Hi all…I have been out of the loop for quite some time (I broke my wrist). I haven’t played in about 4 months or so? I was wondering what a good PVE build mught be for a condition necromancer. I’m still quite low in levels and still somewhat new to the game, but I would like to make sure I’m headed in the right direction. Thanks in advance for your help!
