Confirming the bug. It is in dire need of fixing.
Please release the Quaggan younglings from their chains. (It seriously sounds like that busy blue blob of love is wearing chainmail.)

I don’t refer to downed players, those are usually still in the middle of combat and often accompanied by other players, but dead ones. Those little skulls on your map.
And the chat option was not intended for intense romantic drama scenes in wich you express your gratitude, but to describe your location, due to multi-layered areas and even more importand confirm or decline the attempt to revive you without having to bother the map chat with messages to a person you don’t even know.
This way the feature will demand a sense of responsibility from the one using it, because his character name will be known to the one he messages.

Hi everyone,
It often happens to me that I see a dead player on my minimap, rush towards him and he maps out just before I can lay hands on him.
Therefore I’d like to see a feature allowing you to e.g. Ctrl+click on a dead player on your minimap to send him an automated message directly on his screen similar to the “A noble soul is healing you!” you get when being revived.
This may help to improve player-player interaction, reduce the frustration over death related ploblems, like traveling fee or having to run back the entire way.

The only problem I can see with this, will be trolling… to promise another player ressurection but never coming. Though every player is free to ignore the message given his level of patience.

To counteract this a little and improve this system, a further feature allowing you to press your bound interact-button (usually “F”) to instantly enter whispered chat with the attempting saviour after receiving the on-screen message, could help to confirm (or decline) and further organize the rescue mission.

Any thoughts?
