I’m posting this on behalf of my friend, he cannot log-in to the forum since the hacker changed his e-mail/account name.

On 9/6, he got a notification from someone changed his e-mail address, so he cannot log in to the game or to the forum.
He responded to the auto-form for more info. Ticket was replied to (9/07) by “Lance”, info provided (https://account.guildwars2.com/recovery) did not work.
My friend updated the ticket accordingly, no response since. Never got the ‘mass email’ that was sent out on the 10th either. He is waiting for 5 days now.
