I have this same error code with one exception…….
I’m permanently banned because i apparently tried to modify/tamper with the game.
Your lucky to have had a response from support in only hours, i’m still waiting (4 days and counting).
Don’t know where this has come from, logged out on the wednesday couldn’t log on the thursday, if ive been hacked i’ve not been informed.
As for modifying the game….keeping my pc clean of spyware/viruses is about as technical as can get.
