personally, i would love to see rangers able to use a staff for that nature mage feel. but not a ranged staff, it would have some nature magic built in, but i would want it to be melee. you would hit people in an arc around you and do fun aoe damage (something the ranger cant do easily right now)

Sounds a lot like what Druid would have..I like it. Ranger seems a lot like a druid anyways.

I myself would LOVE to see longbow for guardians. Also, I think it’d be amazing if we had 2 sets of weapon skills for each weapon, and we could make our own custom weapon skill set (as in mix and match with the options we have to make our 5 weapon skill set). Oh, and I completely approve of gauntlets for warriors, and scythe for necromancers.

Lately, i’ve been feeling a real lack of interesting weapons and skills for my guardian. I find that the only weapons I will ever use is Greatsword, Hammer, and scepter/focus (Scepter/focus is ridiculously dull and boring for me, I just use it because it’s the best I can find). I feel that this is a problem for a few other classes as well. I feel that we really could use new skills to help us keep interest in our classes. I know with pvp and wvw, it’d be hard to balance them, but I really hope we get some, like maybe in the upcoming expansion.

If Nexon takes over GW2, I’m uninstalling on the spot and never looking back.

I prefer having it vertical. If it isn’t, PvE always be boring as hell in the end, because you’ll reach the point where you’ve done everything. With vertical, there’s the option to add harder stuff to PvE, that you actually need high-end gear to do, and you always have the option of gearing yourself and doing speed runs to compete with others. Vertical will ALWAYS be better for PvE in that manner. However, this should ONLY be for PvE. If they make PvP and WvW gear based, the game would be ruined.

I want to start trying some WvW, but it’s completely empty and there’s no reason for anyone to play it right now. The scores are 370k vs 45k vs 25k, with my server being the 370k. So i’m wondering if there’s a server right now that actually has an evenly matches WvW. Thanks for any help guys!
