Im starting to think Anet deliberately introduced collection finishing bugs because the collections or crafting isnt finished, why esle do these events all of a sudden just break. I have Dawn and kudzu collections both on the last one, Need Vinewrath blossom, done the event 7 times. As for Dawn im in Brisban wildlands for the 3rd day waiting for the EVENT TO EVEN START (Rescue Skritt in Joy’s End). after reset still nothing, Broken. May work on your DEVELOPMENT servers but not in game servers. What gives Anet? did you not test this stuff at all?
EDIT: Just Got the Tiny Vinewrath Blossom just then. Its a random drop from the large chest. I did the event 8 times to get it. My Kudzu collection is now Complete!
EDIT: After spending many many hours in Brisbane wildlands, I finally got the event to complete Dawn. The event was not showing up. This afternoon a few commanders went through the map and then the event popped. My Dawn Collection Complete!
