In what situation is full Zerker really optimal? skill lvl? stacking? ect…

I just want to know your opinions about full zerk warrior in different situations. Are you a fz and do you have problems staying on your feet? Is is easier for you in organized groups? What have your experiences with warrior pugs been like?
