got an email on day 9 that I have been restored……sent a new password (for no reason because I said I had already changed it just needed my account unbanned) but the password DOESNT WORK at all to log me in…….
I am pretty much done as this will be another 5 days for a reply. getting my money back as this is rediculous.
day 8 being unable to play…..ticket with multiple email updates….posts on here…..blah blah.
I seriously am thinking of just going to Areanet tomorrow since I have had 0 real responses from a person other than an auto generated mail for the product I paid for and no way to talk to anyone there and no phone help line…..See you tomorrow Areanet i work right by there and I wont be happy so be prepared to give me my money back.

on day 7 for me as well. I have even sent multiple emails. All i need is my account unbanned. however I dont even know I want to play at all anymore with everyone I know so far ahead now…..guess I’ll just get a refund and talk to my bank

Have not been able to get in game since monday. 5 days. ticket was updated multiple times. I did change the password but it is permabanned.

I am right with everyone here. I will probably be contacting my bank and getting a charge back. I just went through this on a different purchase for my mom, helping her get her money back from a very unprofessional company with no customer service just like this one…..I have submitted a ticket and updated it multiple times and it has been 6 days without a reply. absolute garbage. I was able to change my password my account is just banned…I provided all my purchased information as well.
Just tired of game companies thinking they are some “class” above the consumer….just done with it and will be taking whatever legal matters I can with refund and telling everyone I know about the poor service………as if they dont have a firestorm of bad pr everywhere now.
