No idea if this is intended or not but I just did the event in Ashford that follows up the Devourer egg collecting one. The enraged Devourer dropped an exact copy of my hat, stats, level, socketed item. Everything was identical.

EDIT: If it’s relevant, I was the only one participating.

EDIT2: Did the event again, didn’t happen again. (Second screenshot)
