Besides all the other issues that have been mentioned, we had issues with our rush last night not showing a timer as we ran. It showed as 00:00 time remaining from the time we activated unless we were transformed. We had 15/15, but the mission still showed as failed despite getting our personal rewards. None of the bounties worked. We got frustrated and gave up.

I’m really disappointed that something that worked so seamlessly before is so badly damaged now. Over the last few weeks, our numbers have dwindled terribly for missions. I can’t help but think it’s because of all the frustration and uncertainty about whether we will be rewarded for our time. It’s going to take a long time to build the participation back up if this continues to go on much longer.

It’s my first time posting here, but I’m hoping someone might have insight…

I have had virtually no issues playing the game on the same machine for the past year and a half. When playing the Hidden Arcana storyline, after I touch the hourglass and enter the next zone, I experience a black screen almost immediately but can sometimes make it to the first boss before it happens. I tried playing in windowed view and that didn’t help either. The only thing that seems to make a difference is adjusting the resolution to 640×480, but it was almost impossible to see what I was supposed to do in the boss fights and I ended up maximizing the window and immediately black screened again. The black screen requires me to restart the whole machine, even in windowed mode. I have all my in game graphics settings on low or none. I can play for hours in every other zone without issues. Is there anything else to try?
