I had an issue in CoF where Magg stood really far away from the original collection point in the explosives room.
Been in the wastes for a while now and no portal drop (~50 hrs ). However i got lucky at the forge and i think this makes up for it. I also happened to have nvidia shadow turned on so heres a vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2gss5_IOjzc&feature=youtu.be
