Guild Wars 2

Hello everyone, I have a huge problem that goes on for days, when I try to start the setup of the game that is (Gw2Setup.exe) in the first screen instead 11449kb get to the second screen appears for a few seconds but still 0kb.
I have tried changing the DNS (8.8.8.8-8.8.4.4.) Or off the firewall but it did not do anything to anything. Under post some screen:

I’ve started to play on that server, now i’m looking for a guild on it.

I am new of guild wars 2 and i’m looking for an italian guild that can help me to learn the game and to grow up, so i’m waiting to choose the server where i will play.
