Having the same problem on the Mac client. I can get in and play for maybe 4-8 minutes, then crash.

I have also noticed this and reported it in-game with the bug reporting interface. With the one-handed sword set to auto attack on skill #1 (the main combo attack), the animation of the combo takes precedence over evading. Dodging should override the attack animation to allow for evading and getting out of melee.
