My friend’s (Tirth.8295, ticket no 121112-001682) account has been blocked first time on 12.11.2012, because of boting. After support checked his ticket and find out that it was a mistake his account access was given back on next day. On 14.11.2012 he got banned again, this time message shown – third party program. There is no doubt that is a mistake. I know him as a honest player and valuable guild/clan mate. I’d like to ask you to take a closer look and review his case, he explained all in his ticket.
