I cleared the inbox a little and got my mail from my other account. Is notification to the player of a full mailbox broken? Not sure am I hallucinating but could’ve sworn I used to get a warning (or was that another MMO?). Though that still didn’t explain why the mails from my guildie came through while those from my other account didn’t, since I was already unable to receive mail before he sent any to me.

However, the “special event mail” for the completion of Straits of Devastation have yet to arrive, even with a 7/10 mailbox. I revisited the map again just to verify. I guess the mail and the rewards are eluding me still.

I can’t seem to receive mail from my 2nd account since Jan 26th or when the Flame and Frost update was implemented. Both accounts are on the same server, Northern Shiverpeaks. However, I can send mail from my main account but not receive them from my 2nd account. I did manage to receive mail from a guildie but that was about it. I’ve lost about 30+ consumables since then as I’ve been sending stuff to and fro to both accounts. Not one mail made it through from my 2nd account to my main account and I’ve been testing the mail system since last month to this day.

System notification mail did get through accept for one – when I completed the map for Straits of Devastation several days ago. There was no mail from the Tyrian Explorer’s Society to congratulate me, and no reward was given either. Nada. I tried logging in and out of the game, even closing the client and restarting, to no avail. Even revisiting the area a few times didn’t help.

I did submit several tickets to in-game Support since the first incident but haven’t heard from Support yet.

Kindly look into the mail issue. TY.
