Mine took a day. But these things can take up to 3-5 I think because of the ticket volume.

Never make multiple tickets. If it has been over 3 days, you can post in Gaile’s 3 day or older tickets thread.

Hi there. I just wanted to clarify something. I heard that if you have the same skin, you can redeem it back for something . For example i have bought 2 kasmeer’s staff skin. I has used 1 and the other 1 were unused. so can i redeem it ? if can how to redeem it back ?
