Yeah, Im not sure, if its a bug but it looks like it, I got damaged twice times by a warrior skill for 23k damage, I felt almost 1shot by it because it felt like getting both shots at the same time, I think this skill shouldnt do that much damage and should have some cooldown in between the shots. Screenshot provided in attachments, happened less than hour ago :P .
