Bolt 1: The Legendary Experimental Sword
I have 20/21 of the necessary collectable items and the last one I need is the Ancient Orrian Urn that is bought from Scholar Nabbi in the Straights of Devastation. I have waited 6 hours and not once has the event restarted. Self-Confirmed as bugged.
-Side Note: Rather upset about it because I was planning on using my day off to fnish Bolt 1 and 2, but you can see my dilemma.
