Hello,

I submitted my ticket about five days ago and haven’t heard back. I paid for a realm transfer on Friday before WvW reset and I am still blocked from it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I went to do the holiday jumping puzzle for the 5th or 6th time today. I jumped in the box and got ported immediately back to Lion’s Arch, I did this again thinking it was a one-time bug but it still happened. I also did the Trixx dungeon (Doll frame) and got the presents instead of the stuffing/glue and frame even though the last time I ran it was two days ago.
