Is it just me or has anyone else experienced extremely long response times when using the ticket system?

I have (because of a bug) been suspended from my account for 2 days now. First response I got from support was 24 hours after I created the ticket. And that was just a request for further information about my account. I gave the requested info af few minutes after the request was posted and has now waited 20 hours for the next response…

Even though there’s no monthly fee I think the lack of support is very disappointing.

What if I have had NO compromise incident, but has still been suspended? I have been online for approx. 12 hours straight and had been logged out to the character selection screen due to idleness. When I relogged straight after, I got the suspended message, but my password hadn’t been changed (I’ve changed it now as a precaution).
I run a tightly secured home network, has worked as an IT security consultant with 20 years of IT experience. I have never been hacked before, and I have never had a virus in my network.
My account is still suspended. I was contacted yesterday though, but only for further info like my serial code. Now I’ve been waiting for a day for you to process my info – I just hope you don’t need any other information so I’ll have to wait another 24 hours for a response.

Same thing has happened to me and I’m certain that noone else but me have had access to my account. I wish they would just wait until a player actually reported their account hacked, instead of acting on some weird suspicion.
I have waited for support for over 24 hours now, and I’m still suspended. I don’t think I’m getting my money’s worth, although it’s F2P it did cost 40 euro to aquire and I expect to be able to play the game I bought…

Still suspended. after 3 responses.

I have had the same issue at the top poster, my account has been suspended because of a suspicion that my account has been hacked. But I a quite certain that my account has never been hacked. I run a very tightly secured home network and I work as an IT security consultant with over 20 years of IT experience.
My password hasn’t been changed, so I was able to log on the GW2 web site and I changed my password as a precaution.
Furthermore I had been playing on my account and had been logged out to the character selection screen due to idleness for about 12 hours in a row up until I got the suspension notice. Evidently noone else but me had accessed my account prior to my suspension.
I have contacted support through the ticket system yesterday, but they haven’t replied at all. That the game hasn’t got a monthly fee isn’t an excuse for the lack of support.
