Monitor the temperatures during playing. Maybe you have issues connected with CPU or GPU throttling. Could you also show the disk usage and other parameters?
I have 280X and I see less artifacts than before.

It is very repeated problem with 7XXX, R7, R9 series. I have very simillar spec as yours and have the same issues. Try reinstall drivers but in my opinion it is driver issue or game itself. Do you have simillar problem in other games?
