I may be crazy, but I DID run around all afternoon with perma swiftness on my Necro (via Runes of the Pack and traited Banshee’s Wail) and while the maths don’t add up, it did in fact happen.
Ideas?
I have still been unable to reproduce this. I was happy for hours running around Orr , testing new DS builds, etc….maybe it was just a bug that they fixed.
Whenever we have traits that claim “effects last longer” without an actual amount, I suppose they are suspect of ninja patching.
