My good friend [redacted] asked me to put this topic on the forum,because he is desperate and doesn’t know what to do anymore.After 4 months of unbility to play Guild War 2 he finally founded his password.But because he thought that the original problem why he never recived any password recovery mail or the mail authorization confirmation from arenanet,he thought that the problem was the phone authorization system that he was using as an alternative authorization option.So he switched this system with the email authorization.But then he couldn’t log in anymore.He founded up that his mail is wrong,because the address that he has[redacted] doesn’t corespond with the one on the guild wars 2 account[redacted].It was a unintentional account creation mistake.
What should he do?He submited a ticket a month ago with his problem explaining the situation,but he hasn’t recived any kind of email from arenanet.Does his guild wars 2 account is blocked and he can’t ever play anymore?Please respond because if he knows that he can’t play anymore at least he isn’t worried about this issue anymore
