Another fail at ANET… Anyone who has all achievements except “A Rallying Flame” finished, should be allowed to complete that title and achievement for the lack of consist ant date info on abets part! Very unhappy and thinking of let this game fade to black.
I dont know about all of you who missed this acheivement, but I dont read the patch notes or the forums very much, as I like to just get on and PLAY THE GAME.
if this kind of issue keeps happening, then ANET should use an IN GAME NOTIFICATION SYSTEM that RED FLAGS any of their DATE CHANGES or PATCH CHANGES… this way even if I log in for just a second or two the GAME notifies me so I don’t MISS anything.
not everyone has the time to check forums everyday… we rely on ANET to get things right the first time so we can adjust our REAL LIVES accordingly and not miss anything or any ACHEIVEMENTS or ITEMS etc. So as far as your response VOLKON that doesn’t help the issues others are having.
ummm…sry ANET this is completely unacceptable. I cannot always log in to check your mistakes on dates… It is completely unfair that I missed the epilogue title acheivement because of your inconsistencies in posting dates. Please add this title to my acheivement titles asap or you will have lost ANOTHER gamer to your lack of fair event inconsistencies. thnx… very poor.
I think I forsee problems with the no “res-rushing” issue as it will create a longer time spent in the dungeon. If every downed player has to waite to be ressurected (leaving the players left fighting at a dis-advantage), it kind of takes the fun out of the whole instance. Bosses are too strong with too many henchmen to NOT “res-rush”. I’m not saying that bosses should be nerfed, I’m just saying that even with a well balanced team and good/great teamwork, waiting to be “rezzed” will become a serious issue.
Now if we could have teams of say 6-8 players in the instance (maybe determined by the dungeon level) then your no “res-rushing” idea may work. I’m just a single player here speaking for myself from a players observation standpoint.
