Bump for a desperate cry for help? :*

I just hit level 30 from level 29, and in the reward menu it said i would receive 2 chest, one dolyak and one wolf.
I only received the dolyak.

I then looked at my experience bar at the bottom of my screen only to see that i am now level 29, AGAIN.
I was reverted a level?
Not sure, please help?

I wasn’t saying they HAD to give me proof, just most mmo companies do, as a courtesy.

I was banned 2 days ago for “Inappropriate language”
The ban was for 72 hours.
Question 1: IF there is a profanity filter, what could I have possibly said that promoted a ban.
Question 2: If I did in fact say something, why did I not get some kind of warning, or any notification, besides a THREE day ban.
Question 3: Why was no detailed proof/extra info on my offense given? To this day i still do not know what I did wrong.

I have posted in the support forum page, with no response after 3 days, so I came here.
The ban has 8 hours left.

1. Profanity filter does not give you a license to use any language you want.
2. Your warning was the accaptable use policy you should have read before making your account. No other warnings are given for any offense.
3. “proof” is useally never given.

FYI, there are some posters here in the forums who have an axe to grind with support. Take what any poster execpt the official anet reps say with a grain of salt.

You’re pretty hilarious. One of this day, you’re going to get infracted for your posts on the forums then you’ll be like “what the kitten is wrong with my post?” It’s a natural human reaction because we want to know what’s wrong so we can rectify the problem or clarify it.

It’s the same thing when a police officer stops you on the road and ask you to follow them back to the station. Your first instinct will be ‘what did I do wrong officer?’. Instead of the officer telling you ’oh, nothing we just need your help to investigate a case we are working on", he tells you nothing and insist that you cooperate. Then turns out “oops, they got the wrong person”

Yeah official rep in this forum have been known to review cases and ‘oops, we’re sorry for the error, but hey it’s for your own good or the greater good of the majority’.

Proof should be given, like a screencap, to prove the offender actually did something wrong, or on what terms the ban is.
Just saying inappropriate language is extremely vague and applies to more that just typing an inappropriate word.

Thats somewhat ridiculous but okay, lesson learned I suppose.

They should really look into not banning for 3 days off the bat, thats crazy, man.

I wish anet would tell you what you said when they ban you for inappropriate language -.-

I was banned for “inappropriate language” for 72 hours. I don’t recall being innapropriate, but i did have some questions..
First: If there is a language filter, why is a 3 day ban with no forewarning acceptable?
Second: I didn’t get any proof about what I actually did, so i was curious if I could?
Third: I read that it may be an inappropriate name, my name is not, so i’m not sure on that.

I have not got a response yet, it’s been 3 days , and am really just curious if I can just have someone tell me what I actually did that was offensive.. because like I said, a three day ban with no warning, or screencaps of my offense.. really?

I just don’t understand why there is a language filter, but yet you can still get a 3 day ban for innapropriate language, it isn’t really fair I guess, i mean im happy anet actually has a team who reads reports and stuff, unlike other games, but i suppose i’d just like some kind of screenshot or proof, because a 3 day ban is really long.
