im on day 9. just hate posting to forums but i had to come look and see who else this is effecting

im having the same problem and im really about to walk away from this game. this is the worst customer service ive ever experienced.

i logged in to my account, from a friends house, and my account was locked for that.

i put in a ticket. 3 days later im told nothing can be done unless i include my serial code. why doesnt it say “serial code required” in the error code i got so i would know that and not have to wait an additional 2 days to get help.

im finally given a link to change my password. i do so successfully. BUT.. guess what.. my account is still locked under the same error code!

so i reply again only to wait another 2 days to get a ridiculous form letter about how scary it can be to have an account hacked! Common! was my reply even read?

This is pushing me beyond a reasonable calm. if this were any other product i would have already marched into the store to get my money back.
