Is there a setting that makes this possible, similar to the way Whirlwind on GS functions? When having something targeted, it just fires the AoE effect straight at it, making it impossible to make leading shots against a target. I have to unlock something, point my character in the right direction, then fire the arrow.
(If not, ANet pls fix)
