1) First boss can hit you behind that rock. And if it doesn’t, plants grow there too.
2) No, you just used strategy.
3) No idea. Didn’t fight last boss from there specifically. But even in places I thought were safe, I still got hit. Just not as often.
Like you (the OP), I’m in the same boat time wise. Maybe an extra hour on weekdays. The kick to the nether area for me is in GW1, yes all the armors were quite expensive. BUT, there were multiple viable ways for me to make that plat and farm those materials.
In here, to get that dungeon armor, there is only 1 very time consuming way to do it.
Maybe add a karma vendor at the end of those dungeons to trade karma for some extra tokens once per day/week. (Arbitrary numbers) 3k Karma per token at 5 extra tokens max per day or 15 a week or something. Still would take a while but it’ll reduce runs and encourage other karma giving content.
Breaking this down into a few scores.
Difficulty 7/10. Needs tweaking, but I’m ok with hard.
Time Spent 0/10. It’s a huge grind that I usually only have time for on weekends…
Rewards 3/10. …that doesn’t always pay. A failed dungeon attempt in repair & travel costs force me to grind easy DEs and trash mobs to compensate for the losses and pray for a couple good drops.
[Devquote included] Dungeon Gear Token Costs (Aka, whatever happened to anti-grind philosophy?)

Just want to throw this tidbit of information in.
In the faster dungeons, assuming nothing goes wrong, a run takes about 30mins.
30mins x 70 runs = 35 hours for a set of armor, in a FAST dungeon.
I know they’re trying to keep everyone from getting everything too fast. But the current way penalizes people with day-jobs.
Hello, Long time lurker, first time poster.
After doing Arah once, and only getting half-way, I’m going to have to agree with 2 or 3 in the OP and to +1 TheFurr for making the tokens account bound not character bound.
