This whole development of the atlas so far has been everything that DEFIES business practices, love it? SURE! hate it? OH YES! I’m torn, I can’t bring myself to enjoy something that has no structure.

Hello, I am in a guild that does daily events, as well I do things solo.

I need things to do as a duo, I’m trying to engage people to stay around and enjoy the guild as a group, but after a certain period I’m the only one online to accompany said person.

I ALSO APPRECIATE THE HELP I GOT IN THIS THREAD BECAUSE YOU MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO HIT 80 IN THE FIRST PLACE

I hated Engineer, yet I tried it on four separate occasions, none of them made it over 40, when I finally hit gold it was a D/D elementalist build, it gave me just enough of a bursty feel with self sustained healing and mild survivability I was hooked.

Right now I’m a pure DPS glass cannon at 80 now helping my friends out with events/dungeons/story with rare quality gear and I love it as a D/D or Staff depending on need of damage or support.

I can only recommend the most fun I had in GW2 was as a D/D elementalist or a Greatsword/1H-Shield warrior.

EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT, NO REMORSE, NO REGRETS, NOT EVERYTHING IS FOR YOU.

Level 36 now, thank you so much for recommending D/D Elementalist, I’ve really got a groove with signets and conjured weapons going now! LOVE IT

After 15 levels of playing d/d elementalist, I actually do enjoy it quite a bit more than I have ever enjoyed my previous class choice! (Which was engineer)

Thank you very much Shadowsoul, I’ll start playing d/d elementalist right now and see how it goes! I’ll give you an update when I read level 15 or so

Just going to throw out some highlights of my play style, let me know what class best fits

1.Team buffs/heals
2. Moves fast
3. Plays dirty (can have a lot of CC if traited correctly)
4. gotta have strong burst

Leveling curve of the class is not an issue. Thank you for replies!
