My latest ticket about the being still permanent banned… it’s been 5 days now since I can play..

I recently got my account back. The e-mail got changed and I changed the password. Now the problem is, I cannot login cause the account got banned for;

Gold selling/item selling for real world currency.

This is how I got my account back. It’s been 3 days since I have it back and there is still no response on the update of my ticket. How long do I have to wait for anything to be replied to. And is this something that actually can be turned around any kinda of reply would be welcome from GW2 support team.
