To the people telling the OP to just “let it go,” some things to some people aren’t easily just dropped. Let’s just leave it at that.
To the OP: While I understand your concern, Minstrel in context toward GW2 does not reflect what you feel it does. As stated above by others, this is a reference towards the goofy musician seen time and time again throughout GW2.
Before today, I hadn’t released Minstrel was used in that way, even though I was familiar with one of those ads you describe. So while I, again, understand where you’re coming from, I do think this is a non issue. Context is key my friend.
I for one liked the unidentified gear. It saves inventory space until you felt like IDing them. It felt like I got more rares from that, than a regular drop. Perhaps add ID kits at some merchants and not just from renown hearts?
Mounts seem fun, great animation to give them character. Would like more dye channels though.
Enjoyed the chief mastery point.
I also liked the dialogue from the raptor renown heart guy; he speaks when you try to feed the same raptor, and tells you what you can do aloud. Nice touch.
Looking forward to seeing how the desert and Elona has changed in 250 years.

Piece in question: Heavy Nobleman’s legguards.
At the time of the screenshot, I had just gotten a full set of Nobleman heavy set from Caudecus Manor. The date of this screenshot is 10/12/2012. I hadn’t noticed the circled area (I honestly thought it was intended) until another player pointed it out during/after the Halloween event.
My current armor is still the same, minus the shoulder pads and are transmuted on Ascalonian heavy set, but the issue remains. I’ve narrowed it down to the body type by using the Total Make Over kit from the gem store. If I preview a skinnier body type, the legguards are normal. A fat, or buff body type, the waist is pushed beyond the flap, and overlaps it (as shown in the screenshot).
