No they were used before the character was deleted. However I do not see them in the crafting sections.

So I bought all the insignia with karma points from a character I no longer wanted after deleting that character do I still get to keep the ones I bought? They are account bound… I only ask because I no longer see them and wounder if they also got deleted even if they were account bound.

Yeah I would like a quiver too for any class that uses a bow.

I also like different kinds of arrows. Magic ones, explosive ones and what not.
