i had been using the acct name of my display name since 11/2012- now with no issues ever since the latest patch…..
I have ha d mypassword resetby support 5 times three manual reset the latest one a supportperson logged me in on your side successfully

im still not able to get in …the last time i successfully logged in was 2 days agoTues night logged off went to bed wed tried to download patch and ever since GRRRR

im able to log into the support site and the forums just not the game. has been like this for 20 hours or so

i have a similar issue

Earlier today after the update i could not connect so i deleted the gw2 software reinstalled it patched it and could not log on so i reset my password…5 hrs ago and i still can not log into the game

i de;eted the game re installed it was able to get connection but still unable to log in getting a password bug
