You might consider reading the Sticky, ‘Not Getting Our Emails’, and following any suggestions therein.

Also, the Knowledge Base has articles on keeping your account(s) secure. (Top of page – Support)

You might also read the User Agreement and Rules of Conduct, as sharing, loaning, giving, etc., an Account is strictly against the Terms of Service. (Bottom of page – Legal Documentation)

My second account is only accessed by me, administered by me, and is installed and only runs on my entertainment center computer in our living-room. In fact, support is already aware I purchased it for this purpose (Ticket#588242) and provided no objection to me doing so at the time of purchase.

It would likely be a problem if the account was being used outside our house, or on a second computer (Which it is not). In fact, it has been used so little that it only has one low level (Poorly geared) character around level 10 or so.

I have received automated responses from the support system so I am receiving emails. And if my accounts HAVE been compromised I will add an authenticator, but to do so I need access to the accounts first.

With this in mind, we come full circle. It has been three days without a response to my submitted tickets, and I’d like to request some assistance.

Hello,

Our household has three Guild Wars 2 accounts. One for myself, one for my fiancee, and a third for guests that visit so they can play with us. We have not played Guild Wars 2 since around June 2014.

Instead, we have been playing Wildstar. We recently deactivated our accounts, and decided to revisit our characters in Guild Wars 2. We were surprised to find that two out of three of our accounts have been blocked. This is puzzling as we’ve only used our guest account once, and our guest was very well behaved (Not even savvy enough to communicate with other players, much less cause any problems).

I can only assume that between June 2014 and now, two of our three accounts have been compromised. I assume this because we cannot even post in these support forums using either of the other two accounts. Fortunately, this account is still functional.

On Thursday October 23rd I submitted two tickets which we’ve received no reply.

Request #1: 975518:Account Blocked?
Request #2: 975520:Account blocked #2!

Please note the first request deals with my primary account, and the second request deals with my guest account.

As it has been three days without a response, I would appreciate it if someone could assist me sorting out whatever this problem might be.
