The area for this battle would be fought underground with a high vaulted ceiling where many stalactites hang. The cavern space would have a lot of vertical space but a bit less so horizontally. The cavern walls bend to that of a pot. On each of the caverns four walls there may be offshoot tunnels heading deeper underground. Your squad would appear at the bottom of the sketch and the raid boss actually appears once a squad member steps within the inner circle. You cannot leave the room after this. All surfaces are level so there is no height differences and no obstacles.
Once Lazarus hits 50% health and you become fully ascended the floor will crumble and you and your squad will fall through at a deathly height. The only way to survive is to use glider mastery to safely land at the bottom (IDK how to deal with 75% fall resistance though, just make it pretty far). The bottom of the pit approaches as if you are heading deeper into a cone with the walls coming closer together. This room will be roughly 1/2 as big as the room above. Since this pit has no light source it will be very dark. There are specified places on the ground where a pool of energized liquid bloodstone may fall to and pool up at in the sketch. If you have the superpower buff your vision becomes much better. There will be two pools on the ground at all times. They disappear and appear randomly in a different location.

Each Hero corresponds to a symbol outside of the bloodstone encryption circle. On the symbol is where you channel. After a 10 successful channels that symbol cannot be channeled anymore to summon another hero there. These are just past characters I thought would be appropriate as they were related to the bloodstone in the past.

Once your squad has entered the bloodstone encryption circle, Lazarus the Dire appears in the center with legendary status, unshakable/defiance, and out-of-phase. He is immune from damage and conditions. From outside the cavern red orbs representing bloodstone energy will float towards the center of the circle where the bloodstone is. The squad must collect enough of this energy to complete 10 successful channels at one of the circles outer symbols. Otherwise you will be punished as Lazarus will use that energy to attack you. Once 10 channels have been completed a hero of the past will be summoned as a remnant: Evennia, Saidra, Markis, Bartholos, Ryder, High Priest Zhang. These heros will be the only ones to damage Lazarus as they are out-of-phase, champions, unshakable/defiance. These heros will hit for massive damage but they are not full proof. They can still die and never comeback in the fight. This is a big damage loss if a summoned hero dies as they are the only ones that can damage Lazarus currently. Also, after every successful summon a set of unique enemies will appear to kill your summoned hero. This is dangerous as your hero will die unless you provide the necessary buffs and heals for him/her to survive. The unique enemies spawned are in a random sequence so the same set can appear once, twice, or never. If you can’t kill them fast enough it doesn’t stop Lazarus from gathering more energy in the bloodstone. You might have to skip a round so that the enemies are dead before you summon the next hero. If all six hero die and Lazarus hasn’t gotten to below 50% health then your squad is sort of out of luck.

Once your summoned hero(s) have reduces Lazaruss’ health to 50% they will force him to the center of the cavern. With the ritual having been complete, you achieve full ascended status. You gain True Sight which allows you to see mursaat and harm them even when they are out-of-phase. Immediately following this Lazarus will break free and destroy the floor. Everyone in the squad starts to fall instantly at a deathly height. You must have the right mastery of gliding in order to land safely.

At the bottom you will see Lazarus has changed form and is slightly smaller than he was up above but nay weaker and more deadly than before. The pit is fully enclosed on all sides like a cone with its angle getting smaller and is very dark. You won’t be able to see very well. You have obtained true sight and can now harm Lazarus but he is still very strong. Around the pit random pools of energized liquid bloodstone will gather and if you stand in it you will gain the superpower buff which increases your abilities dramatically as well as unshakable and defiance. With the superpower buff you will be able to harm Lazarus for big damage. From time to time Lazarus form two will switch between in-phase and out-of-phase. If he’s in-phase only conditions will affect him and be immune to damage. If he’s out-of-phase only pure damage will affect him and be immune to conditions. There will be 2 pools with 300 units diameter in the pit at all times and the location changed every 20 seconds. The pools pulse superpower and unshakable every second for 20 seconds. If you don’t have the superpower buff you will take damage every second in the pit. After you beat Lazarus you can claim your reward and continue on your journey.

To start off, I am not a lore hound. I know bits and pieces but I lack knowledge on concrete facts and possibilities. Also, for this I need some amount of storytelling which I kind of lack at so I’m going to try my best to make a story fit. I like the combat of GW2 and really like how awesome some of the fights I’ve been in thus far have been. So, here’s a go at what I ‘SUPPOSE’ a raid would be like.

Scarlet Briar has disrupted the ley lines in Tyria. Doing this, as well as the return of Zhaitan’s magic to… the eternal alchemy, has made more magic available or unstable. Mordremoth as a result has awakened. At the same time the missing mursaat Lazarus the Dire has finally regained his health and is at the precipice of his revenge plan for the rest of Tyria. He’s gone to the depths of the maguuma jungle to harness the ley line magic surge and untapped bloodstone magic. Lazarus has recovered all four pieces. I realize there’s a discrepancy with the shard in Arah so maybe ¾ bloodstone.

Pact scouts in the jungle have reported suspicious activity in the area with a high density/concentration of bloodstone magic.

You as the pact commander cannot let this happen. You gather your best forces and delve into the maguuma jungle caves to deal with the last aspects of Lazarus.

Before even entering the jungle you had to be semi-ascended to open the secret door Caithe used. This is what allows you to defeat Lazarus for good. You gather energy from the bloodstone and channel heros to fight Lazarus while becoming fully ascended. This way, half-way through the fight you gain the ability to see and harm mursaat in their shifted phase. Lazarus breaks the floor and the second part of the fight happens down there where You and your allies obtain superpower from energized liquid bloodstone pools to defeat Lazarus for good. You also might need mastered Exalted proficiency to become fully ascended.

After You defeat Lazarus you are rewarded for your efforts and possibly have a new power to use against Mordremoth. However, the ancient pact of dwarves, seers, jotun, mursaat, forgotten never did manage a strategy to deal with the elder dragons. You have to figure out a way to deal with them. Maybe one of the ancient races left something behind. But maybe, you as the pact commander has now found something to use against them.

Hello, this is a proposed raid design for Guildwars 2. I saw a video advertising gems for designing one and thought to conjure something up. From what is to come soon I felt like this raid should include Old Krytan figures. The upcoming raid is set to be in the northern area of the maguuma jungle so I thought about past events in the area. Here are the contents of my proposal:

Guild Bounty Training won't let you enter map

Class: Thief
Location: Map of Bounty location (varies)

I started a Guild Bounty Training to see if I could get some more influence and henceforth searched for the bounty target. The problem was I couldn’t get into the specific map the bounty is in. I didn’t have a chance to look for the bounty even. It seems I was still allowed to enter other maps and other regions of the game just not this specific map.

It happened for “Deputy” Brooke, 2-MULT, and Sotzz the Scallywag. I couldn’t get into Snowden Drifts, Timberline Falls, and Gendarran Fields respectively when those were the bounties. I definitely tried waypointing and physically enters from a map entrance point several times and I also tried using a Captains Airship pass to get into Gandarran Fields. They all didn’t work.

Hopefully this’ll come up as big enough to fix. I don’t think it’s a problem I myself could’ve caused but there’s a possibility it was. Other characters seemed unrestricted by this; they could enter the maps I could not.
