Hey all!
I’m sure there are a lot of topics about this, but i cant really seem to find anything useful. As every other ele, I’m searching for the best armor to protect me from the evils of Tyria. I find myself dying a lot in dungeons so I’ve been browsing for armor with power, toughness and vitality. It seems the honor of the waves armor set has the best specifics for my wishes, except for the part where i would like to have a Superior Rune of Balthazar set. Is it possible to swap the runes? Or does anyone have a better set of armor to keep me alive?
