Staff elementalist works great for me, great AoE and being able to throw AoE up on a wall during a siege in multiple places is great for keeping enemies from hitting your close range guys. 1v1, they aren’t so great, but if you spec into air a bit, you can move pretty quick along the ground and coupled with a couple of stuns thrown out means that it’s quite easy to run if you need to.

I also find myself missing about 80% of my loot, my suggestion kinda simlar to the OP but with a lore friendly twist…Pay a Skritt 10silver for a 24hour buff or whatever you want to call it for him/her to collect my “Shineys” an then i can go vists the Skritt an see all my lovely loot from my kills, tho i would also suggest this NPC be available in lions arch so not to clog up WvW with people getting thier loot.

I have to say, this is a good idea. Or rather, instead of a buff, how about Badges are stored like Karma, and as far as loot is concerned, if and when your inventory is full, loot goes to these Skritt and you can pay the amount to access it. Then we could have proper auto looting and for those that want to manage their inventory or keep heading back to the vendors can do so without needing to use the Skritt.
