I meant to buy the 350 character change package (hair eyes and whatnot) I accidentally bought the 250 one. Is there any way that I can swap/refund/change the pack I ot for the one I want? I’ve got the gems to make up the difference…

This is my husbands ticket. He got the bug where it says banned for unsuitable behavior or something like that. He had gotten a response last week and we have not heard anything back since. I tried talking to you guys through a ticket of my own and you wouldn’t help because it was his account. I understand that. I would really like to play with my husband however, so could someone please look at his ticket and fix his account?
