Guild Wars 2

I’m not sure if this topic has ever been covered before and before anyone says it, I know there is no actual GvG game mode at the moment. I’m just curious what rules the gvg guilds have used in the past and if any of these questions below have actual answers.

Is ressing stomped players allowed? I use to think this wasn’t but I’ve seen this done a two or three times in some gvg’s however it was never brought up by either side.
Are players allowed to get out of combat?
Are the gem store buffs allowed like the Strength booster or Rejuvenating booster?
What happens if a player DC’s in the middle of the fight?

I’m looking for a laptop (as it’s more convenient for me because of collage and also cause I don’t really know how to make my own pc) that will be able to run at around 20-30 fps, or higher, in large scale fights at low settings. the amount I’m willing to spend is up to £850, any help would be great.

So I’ve decided to move back up to silver league, cause I’m bored of fighting the same bronze severs every week.

What I’m looking for is a server with a strong wvw community, that values skill of players over blobs.
I was thinking Piken Square, Gunners Hold or Aurora Glad ? as they seem to do really well with smaller number’s, from what I’ve seen.

I spend most of my time in wvw, upgrading towers scouting ect.
But I also do Pug command and consider myself relatively experienced, I usually tag up at about 11.30 AM but would be happy to do it whenever.
