My account has been hacked since 09/07/2012 and I have not received any confirmation as to whether it’s being resolved or not. Reference # 120908-000096
Made the ticket on 9/7/2012 and still have not received any response besides the automated on when I first created the ticket. The reference number is 120908-000096 and I would love for this problem to be solved.
Forgot to mention, the problem is that someone had changed my email account and I just simply need it changed back.
