No one including myself can see my medal

I have obviously done this.

incorrect paul; your pvp rank and completion medal are shown with your username. and @chad i am talking about on my physical character that has completed 100% of the map in 2013 and more than likely now in 2016 that I can’t see it on my character and I am not even ranked within pvp so Paul case wouldn’t make sense either

I am sure I have re-visited these areas. I’ve spent maybe 50-100 hours on trying to re-receive my completion medal

I am not being rewarded for my efforts of map completion. I earned the medal in 2013-2014. Then tried to hit all the updated areas, but I was stripped of my gold medal and have not had it since updating

At the time of my first completion WvW poi’s and wp’s were necessary in order to complete 100% completion. During updating my account has no longer been able to achieve 100% map completion status. I’ve vigorously have tried to figure out a solution to the problem, but I’ve spent more time doing so than what I did actually achieving the kitten thing at launch.

Everytime I pull up Gw2 launcher I am able to log in and when I press play my computer will do one of three things; Blue screen and turn off, Disable my main monitor but leave audio from the character select, and completely disable my main monitor and “blink?” and flash on my secondary, as if you are minimizing and maximizing something very fast, resulting in me having to turn off the computer because I cannot pull up the start menu nor the task manager.
I have not changed anything but my secondary monitor in the past 5 months, I have uninstalled my drivers, re-downloaded them along with DirectX(Only because I once was able to abort the program and I tried running another game, but got a “Direct3d” error, so might aswell of tried"
I have tried everything I know, somebody please help my lost cause!
